7 years ago today...

... I became Mrs. Sydney Hernandez. I am so very lucky to have such an understanding and loving husband. He is my very best friend and my foundation. We've come so far. So much has changed in our lives. I would be lost without him by my side.

Whenever we have the chance to go up to the Washington DC temple, my eyes always fill with tears as soon as I catch a peek at the spires through the trees and when we come around the bend in the drive way. I remember the day I walked hand in hand with my sweet Juan up to the doors of the temple. I remember the promises we made there. It was a happy day. I remember and think... this is my temple, our temple, my family's temple. It gives us the chance to be together forever and that is my treasure, my hope, and my wish.

I love you Juan... I loved you then, I love you now and I will love you forever. Come what may.
